On 27th July 2024, an Orientation program was conducted for the parents of students from Pre-KG to Grade 2. The program aimed to equip parents with valuable insights on effective parenting and to foster a strong school-parent partnership. The session was led by Ms. Bharati Rao, a renowned freelance trainer, who brought her expertise and experience to the event.
The program commenced with a serene prayer song, setting a peaceful and positive tone for the session. Following this, Ms. Philomena extended a warm welcome to all the attendees, emphasizing the importance of the session and the role of parents in shaping their children's futures.
Mrs. Bharati Rao then took the stage to deliver an engaging session on parenting. She highlighted essential parenting techniques and strategies that could help parents in nurturing their children's growth and development. Her talk was both informative and interactive, allowing parents to reflect on their parenting styles and consider new approaches.
The Principal of the school took the opportunity to express heartfelt appreciation to the parents for their unwavering support. The Principal acknowledged the critical role that parents play in the holistic development of their children and encouraged continued collaboration between the school and families.
An open discussion platform was then provided, where parents actively participated, sharing their thoughts, concerns, and experiences. This session fostered a sense of community and allowed for an exchange of ideas that would benefit the students' overall growth.
The PTA Vice President, Mr. Ajay Terence Cardoza, also took the opportunity to appreciate the school for its continuous efforts in organizing such meaningful programs. His words of encouragement were well-received by both the staff and parents present.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Judy Pinto, who expressed gratitude to the resource person, school management, and parents for their participation and contribution to the success of the event. Mrs. Amrit Teresa Lobo was the emcee for the program.
