The Teachers' Day celebration at our school was a memorable event, organized by the students of Grades 9 and 10. The program commenced at 10:30 AM, with a grand welcome extended to the esteemed guests by the school band. The guests of honor included Sr. Alphonsa Celine (Superior and Correspondent), Sr. Marceline Dsouza (Principal), Sr. Vincy Varghese, Sr. Elizabeth Rani, Sr. Lydia, and all the teachers.
The event began with a soulful prayer song, followed by a warm welcome address delivered by Adwaith A. The students then presented a melodious song, expressing their heartfelt wishes and gratitude to the teachers.
A special segment of the program was the prize distribution ceremony, where the achievements of the Scouts and Guides, Cubs, and Bulbuls were recognized. Sr. Alphonsa Celine, in her inspiring message, highlighted the importance of teachers and their invaluable contribution to the growth of students. Sr. Marceline Dsouza, the Principal, also addressed the gathering with an encouraging message.
The celebration continued with an entertaining cultural program, much to the delight of the audience. This was followed by the distribution of certificates and trophies by Sr. Vincy Varghese and Sr. Elizabeth Rani, acknowledging the efforts of the participants.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, delivered by Mrs. Laveena Dsouza, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the celebration. The entire program was skillfully compered by K Sidhoora Holla, making it a well-coordinated and enjoyable event for everyone present.
